A study was conducted by NCBI (National Centre for Biotechnology Information) on 795 patients with different types of disorders. It was found that 10% were troubled by night sweat, 9% by day sweats and 8% were bothered by hot flashes. This was common in patients who have a chronic disease, infection or hormone disorder. - Maintain your weight.
- Consumption of a good amount of water.
Few helpful medications such as anticholinergic agents might also help in lowering your sweat. But, before you take this medicine, you must consult your doctor.
