Avoid saturated fat like ghee, refined oil, butter and cheese as it increases your visceral fat specially belly fat. Instead have Polyunsaturated fat which only increases the muscle mass.

Stop your craving for junk food, chips, biscuits and cold drinks, as they are big evil. Add more salad and boiled vegetable in your diet.

Start having green tea for at least once in whole day as green tea is rich in antioxidants and it’s like a herbal magic syrup for burning belly fat.

Start sleeping for at least 7 hrs per day as according to recent study people who sleep less than 5 hours have more tendency to increase visceral fat level.

Best thing about visceral or belly fat that it bend to aerobic exercise like cycling, running and swimming. Anything which gets your pulse rate up wins over the devil belly fat. So, start jogging for at least 20 mins per day and your stubborn fat will surely go away.
