Low blood pressure (hypotension) is problematic when blood pressure records lower than 90 millimeters of mercury (mm Hg) for the top number (systolic) or 60 mm Hg for the bottom number (diastolic).

4. Clammy Skin

Clammy skin is also referred to as wet and sweaty skin. It is also a sign that means your body has low blood pressure. The moisture of your sweat receives a cooling effect on your skin that triggers the sweat glands and becomes clammy.

This is a normal sign caused due to fluctuation in blood pressure. Though this is normal, it is essential to seek a doctor’s help to know its real cause.
