In this day and age when mobiles have started ruling, our minds have become dependent on them from alarm clock, giving us alerts (meetings, etc.), to playing games which may probably never stimulate your brain.

If this goes on for long, probably we may never need an Artificial Intelligence robot, we shall soon turn into one if we do not have a healthy mind.

So how can you keep your mind healthy?

Research says that people with healthy minds live a richer and more fulfilling life. A healthy mind is also a sharp mind which keeps you ahead of others in several fields. Following are some of the tips to help you keep a healthy mind.

When was the last time that you played Scrabble or Crossword or maybe Chess? Did you know that playing these games is a great way to stimulate your mind? Keeping you busy and motivates you to keep doing better as you keep solving these games.

Start by learning new things like music, language, it could also be doodling or you can change your career as well to challenge how far you can go.
