In this day and age when mobiles have started ruling, our minds have become dependent on them from alarm clock, giving us alerts (meetings, etc.), to playing games which may probably never stimulate your brain.

If your current job is giving you stress, it is always better to find something that makes you happy.

Food does make a man healthy physically as well as mentally. That’s why the saying, you are what you eat. Try to include this in your daily meal to have a healthy mind and to lower those stress levels.
